Role Title: Salesforce Business Analyst

Rate: £400/day (via Umbrella)
Role Overview
We are supporting a long-term programme with client and are seeking an experienced Salesforce Business Analyst to join a complex, fast-paced delivery environment involving multiple teams and vendors. This role is ideal for someone who is confident in shaping business solutions, driving clarity across requirements, and collaborating effectively with both business and technical stakeholders.
Key Requirements
We are looking for an individual who:
- Has substantial experience as a Business Analyst with strong knowledge of the Salesforce ecosystem, ideally gained through multiple end-to-end Salesforce projects.
- Can visualise, document, and communicate solution approaches in partnership with Solution Architects.
- Demonstrates strong interpersonal maturity when engaging with business stakeholders and project teams.
- Has experience running requirements workshops, conducting Show & Tells (sprint demos), and supporting UAT activities.
- Communicates clearly and works with empathy and professionalism.
- Has exposure to financial services processes, ideally within B2B sales, service, or marketing functions.
- Has worked within Agile/SCRM delivery frameworks.
- Is familiar with tools such as Jira, Confluence, and Visio.
- Has a positive, proactive, and personable approach to teamwork.
