£35,000 – £50,000 + 30% commission on everything you bill. No threshold. No exceptions.
A 360 billing role on a specialist desk placing Manager to Partner talent into MBB, Big 4, and elite boutiques across international markets. You will own the full cycle, from winning client relationships and securing mandates, to mapping the market and closing senior placements.
The commercial proposition is straightforward: high-fee mandates, a 30% commission structure with no threshold, and a market where relationships and expertise command genuine value.
The Role
- Drive new business development across global consulting firms, corporates, and PE-backed businesses
- Diagnose client talent gaps and position search solutions that deliver measurable outcomes
- Pitch and secure retained and contingency mandates at the senior end
- Own the full search lifecycle from market mapping through to close
- Build a scalable international desk with a defensible client portfolio at its core

- Proven 360 recruiter with a track record of winning clients and billing consistently
- Credible at Partner and C-suite level, adding value beyond transactional delivery
- Commercially sharp, with the ability to identify opportunity and convert it
- Focused on building long-term client relationships, not short-term fills
