£60K basic + quarterly bonus

My client is a SaS provider with an award winning cashflow management software enabling SME business owners themselves & also their accountants to visualise financial scenarios, forecasting & also access a built in lending solution.
After successfully hitting profitability in 2024, they have expanded to Europe & America and invested back into their tech and product to create a market leading solution suited to all business sizes / types.
Due to building their own bespoke technology solution, they have a fantastic engineering team continually developing new products & customer journeys to keep up with market demand & 2026 is an exciting time after security of large funding round.
We are now looking for a talented customer success manager to work with our Top 100 Accounting customers. These accountants deliver 100’s of SME & MidMarket licences MoM meaning its crucial for them to see value in the product, feel like they are getting top level of customer service & consistently listening to their feedback for product development…
Responsibilities:
- Own portfolio of accountancy firms with focus on customer satisfaction, renewals and increase in ARR
- Deliver 121 and group training sessions on new products, features & customer journey’s to ensure full education and utilisation of the product
- Regular monthly and quarterly catch up’s to ensure a consistent customer feed back loop so the product team are aware of strengths & customer demand
- Day to day management of the accounts – prompt & informative Q&A
Requirements:
- 3+ years in customer success role – commercial mindset – proven success in increasing ARR
- Experience working with accountancy firms across the UK
- Confident communicator & experience in delivering training
- Comfortable in a fast paced growing environment
