Job Description 45 hours per week We’re looking for a passionate Head Chef for a new opening in London. We are looking for someone who has a passion for delivering great food and someone whom wants to build a great relationship & reputation with not only the team but our suppliers. We want to champion the best seasonal produce we have available to us and where possible local and British produce. Ultimately the candidate needs to have previous experience and have good synergy in the style and concept of what we are aiming to deliver. Scope of Role: As a Head Chef, you will lead & motivate a kitchen team to provide consistently exceptional food & service. To oversee, monitor & improve kitchen operation & services and deliver high-quality food to create a seamless experience and maximize business potential & profitability….
