Senior Operational Risk Analyst – Global Multi-Asset Broker

Meraki is partnering with a leading global multi-asset broker to hire a Senior Operational Risk Analyst. This is a great opportunity to join a dynamic, regulated trading environment and play a key role in shaping operational risk, third-party risk, and resilience frameworks across the business.

What you will do:

• Enhance the Operational Risk Management Framework and maintain the risk register
• Conduct Risk & Control Self-Assessments (RCSAs) and analyse operational incidents
• Support Third-Party Risk Management, including vendor due diligence and ongoing monitoring
• Assist in Operational Resilience initiatives, mapping critical services and dependencies
• Produce reporting for senior management and support risk governance

What we are looking for:

• Experience in Operational Risk, Enterprise Risk, or Risk & Control functions in financial services
• Knowledge of TPRM and operational resilience principles
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication

Nice to have:

• Professional certifications (FRM, PRM, Operational Risk)
• Experience in brokerage, trading, fintech, or capital markets
• Familiarity with regulatory resilience and third-party governance requirements
