Harte Recruitment is thrilled to be partnering with a leading property investment and estate agency to recruit a driven Property Investment Sales Consultant in Manchester. Specialising in property sales, lettings, and investments, the company is renowned for delivering exceptional service and tailored solutions.
As Property Investment Sales Consultant, you’ll host viewings, present exciting buy-to-let opportunities, and meet with investors both in person and online—while building lasting relationships with developers and attending key industry events.
The Package:
- Monday – Friday, 09:00 – 17:00
- Between £25k to £30k basic salary per annum (DOE), OTE £80k uncapped!
- Lucrative commission structure of 10% on every fee secured
- 28 days annual leave (including bank holidays) + extra days over the Christmas period as the company closes
- Company and charity events
The Property Investment Sales Consultant Role:
- Liaising with potential buyers through warm leads
- Conducting viewings on developments/show apartments
- Updating investors with new buy-to-let opportunities that are available
- Generating investment breakdowns and sending out to the client base
- Conducting meetings with existing and potential buyers, both in person and via Zoom
- Maintaining relationships with developers and attending social events
