As a Customer Success Manager, you will manage a portfolio of 20-25 housing association accounts, ensuring seamless onboarding and long-term value delivery. You will act as the vital link between clients and internal teams, tracking KPIs, running governance meetings, and driving platform adoption to transform how property maintenance is managed globally.

What you will do:
- Manage the day-to-day engagement and operational health of 20-25 key accounts, from initial implementation through to contract renewal.
- Deliver product training and track critical client KPIs, utilizing data-driven insights to intervene early and resolve potential adoption risks.
- Collaborate with Strategic Account Directors on high-value accounts to provide operational insights, support QBRs, and identify new upsell opportunities.
The ideal candidate:
- Has 3+ years of experience in Customer Success or Account Management within a B2B SaaS environment, ideally managing complex stakeholder relationships.
