Expanding rapidly across Europe, and growing the London office as EU HQ, the culture is collaborative and fast-paced, and their social media work is award-winning – they always striving for creative excellence.

Description

  • Reporting into the Head of Social, Creative & Campaigns, and leading social media for European markets.
  • Taking ownership of social media – leading the strategy and analytics, ideation, and driving creativity and disruption.
  • Working in the UK with the Influencer & Talent team, in-house content creators, graphic designer, paid manager, brand manager, and social media executive.
  • Working across Europe with regional social media managers.
  • Attending creative shoots and overseeing work across YouTube, Instagram and TikTok
  • The Social Media Manager will not be creating content or posting/scheduling, but will be expected to roll their sleeves up and get stuck in – it’s a flat-structured environment with a start-up mentality. .
  • Social media activity to include brand and product campaigns, always-on, and entertainment-driven video.
  • Working with nano and micro creators on paid promotions, and bigger talent for own channels.
  • Driving bold, audacious, disruptive social media work, challenging the status quo.

Profile

A successful UK Social Media Manager should have:

  • Interest in and knowledge of the beauty sector, and ideally some experience working in beauty.
  • Deep understanding of YouTube, TikTok and Instagram.
  • Strong strategic and analytical abilities.
  • Proven experience working to scale on a big brand.
  • Track record for driving disruptive creative work which stands out and builds brands.
  • Ability to work to a fast pace, be flexible and pivot.
  • Confident in putting ideas forward and bringing people on a journey. xwzovoh

Job Offer

  • Salary £55-65k, depending on experience
  • Hybrid – 4 days/week (Tues-Fri) working in the London office
