Client Relationship Manager Key responsibilities will be: Liaising with lenders to get application updates and to progress cases through to offer stage Communications with solicitors and clients to ensure all documentation and information are up to date and accurate Deal with incoming communications to the office, including lead qualifications and appointment booking Keeping clients informed of progress and manage any potential delays, issues with cases Supporting compliance and file maintenance Supporting our social media platform What’s in it for you: Basic salary from £25,000 – £28,000 dependent on experience Possibility of a monthly/quarterly bonus Opportunity for full training to become a qualified Mortgage Advisor, including funding of qualifications (Subject to terms & conditions) Working hours: 9.30am to 5.30pm Monday to Friday.
