Project Manager – Super Prime Residential
Virginia Water, Surrey
An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a £20m new build residence on a prestigious private estate in Surrey.
Working for a well-established main contractor with a strong track record in the super prime residential sector, this role offers the chance to take full control of a flagship project from early stages through to completion.
The project is at the very beginning, with site cleared and ready for construction, providing a rare opportunity to shape the build from day one.
The Role
- Take full responsibility for the successful delivery of a £20m super prime new build
- Manage the project from pre-construction through to handover
- Lead and coordinate site teams, subcontractors and consultants
- Ensure programme, quality and cost objectives are achieved
- Work closely with the commercial team to manage budgets and financial performance
- Maintain high standards of health & safety and site compliance
- Manage client relationships and act as the main point of contact
- Drive programme and resolve any delays or technical challenges
- Chair project meetings and provide regular progress reports to senior management
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager within super prime or high end residential
- Track record delivering bespoke new build projects of similar value (£10m+)
- Strong technical understanding of high specification residential construction
- Excellent leadership and organisational skills
- Ability to manage multiple stakeholders including UHNW clients and consultants
- Strong knowledge of UK construction regulations and best practice
- Confident communicator with a proactive, solutions-led approach
The Opportunity

Salary: £80,000 – £90,000 + package
