Corporate Associate – 1 to 3 years pqe – Mid-Sized U.S. Law Firm

Our client is a mid-sized U.S. law firm which is seeking an Associate with 1–3 years’ post‑qualification experience to join its Mergers & Acquisitions team in London. The role offers exposure to a broad range of high‑value corporate transactions and the opportunity to work closely with senior lawyers across multiple jurisdictions. Role Overview The successful candidate will work on a wide variety of corporate matters, including: Acquisitions and disposals Corporate restructurings and recapitalisations Strategic partnerships and joint ventures Cross‑border transactions and auctions Takeovers and equity capital markets transactions Private equity and venture capital investments This position provides meaningful responsibility from the outset, strong partner access, and the chance to develop within a collaborative, high‑performing team.
