Role: Demand Planner

Location: London Area

Salary: £42,000 – £50,000

Set-up: Hybrid

A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Demand Planner to join a globally recognised, fast-paced FMCG business behind one of the world’s most disruptive and recognisable consumer brands.

They are now looking for a Demand Planner to play a key role in driving forecast accuracy, supporting supply chain performance, and helping the business respond quickly to changing consumer demand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own and manage demand forecasts across multiple product categories
  • Play a key role in the monthly S&OP process, providing insight and challenge where needed
  • Analyse sales trends, promotional activity, and market demand to improve forecast accuracy
  • Identify potential supply and inventory risks, proactively recommending solutions
  • Maintain forecasting data and planning parameters within ERP/planning systems
  • Collaborate closely with commercial, supply chain, and operational teams
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across forecasting and planning processes
  • Track forecast performance and provide regular reporting and analysis to stakeholders

Skills & Experience

  • 1+ years’ experience within Demand Planning
  • Experience contributing to or leading S&OP processes
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
  • Experience using ERP/planning systems
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across the business
