Warehouse Operative & Relief Driver – Night Shift (Watford) Pay: £12.70 – £15.38 per hour (rising after 12 weeks) Hours: 5–6 days per week (approx. 35–40 hours) Shift Time: 20:00 – 04:00 Contract: Temp to Perm We’re recruiting a reliable Warehouse Operative & Relief Driver to join a busy night shift operation in Watford. This is primarily a warehouse-based role, focused on picking stock and loading vans, with occasional relief van driving when required – therefore a full UK driving licence is essential. This role offers stability, progression potential and consistent night shift hours. What you’ll be doing:Working night shifts between 20:00 – 04:00Picking, sorting and preparing orders for dispatchSafely and accurately loading vansSupporting general warehouse operations throughout the shiftProviding relief multi-drop van driving cover when neededEnsuring accuracy, care and attention to detail at all timesWhat we need from you:Previous warehouse experience (picking / loading / dispatch) — essentialFull UK driving licence — must be confident to drive if requiredExperience in van or multi-drop delivery — desirableReliable, punctual and physically fit for manual handlingDBS check required (can be completed during onboarding)Flexibility to work 5–6 days per weekIf you’re looking for a steady night shift role with a strong mix of hands-on warehouse work and occasional driving duties — with hourly rates rising up to £15.38 after 12 weeks — we’d love to hear from you.
