Location: Birdham, near ChichesterHours: Ad-hoc basis to start, plus at least one Saturday per monthContract: Self-employed, with the opportunity to move into a full-time role depending on workload

We’re a small, family-run garage in Birdham providing a female-only vehicle service designed to create a comfortable, welcoming and trustworthy environment for our customers. Our mission is to make motoring more approachable and inclusive — and we’re ready to expand our team to help us do just that.
The Role
We’re looking for a qualified car mechanic to join our friendly team. You’ll work with us on an ad-hoc basis initially, supporting with servicing, diagnostics and repairs. As our customer base continues to grow, there’s potential for this role to develop into a permanent full-time position.
What We’re Looking For
Experience in vehicle servicing, diagnostics and repair
Strong communication and customer service skills
A self-starter who can work independently
A passion for supporting women drivers and fostering an inclusive garage environment
Based locally or within easy reach of Birdham
