Automotive Service Advisor – Customer Focus & Upsell

Swansway Group is looking for a Service Advisor in Preston, UK. In this role, you’ll be the face of our aftersales department, providing exceptional service to our customers. Your tasks will include managing customer interactions, facilitating bookings, and enhancing service processes.
