The Role
Service, maintain and install fire alarms, CCTV, intruder alarms and access control systemsDeliver a high standard of customer service and build strong client relationshipsManage your own workload across a regional patchDiagnose faults and carry out effective repairsComplete accurate service and compliance reportsIdentify system issues and recommend improvementsWork to deadlines while maintaining quality standardsEnsure full compliance with health & safety regulationsCollaborate with internal teams to deliver efficient serviceAim for first-time fixes wherever possible
What We’re Looking For
Experience across both fire and security systemsRelevant industry qualifications (FIA or equivalent advantageous)Strong fault-finding abilityComfortable with digital reporting systemsSolid understanding of health & safety practicesGood communication and customer-facing skillsSelf-motivated and organised approachFull UK driving licence
