Law Chambers of Apoorv Khator is a litigation-focused practice handling matters before the Supreme Court of India, Delhi High Court, NCLT/NCLAT, and various tribunals. The chamber provides exposure to both litigation and advisory work, including arbitration and contract drafting.

Position Overview:

The position involves assisting in diverse litigation matters, arbitration proceedings, and advisory work across multiple legal forums.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Draft pleadings, applications, and legal documents
• Conduct legal research and case analysis
• Assist in court proceedings before various forums
• Draft and review contracts
• Work on arbitration and tribunal matters

Eligibility:

• LL.B. graduate
• 2–3 years Post Qualification Experience (PQE)
• Strong knowledge of procedural laws
• Good drafting and research skills
• Enrolled with Bar Council (preferred/implicit)
