Policy & Reward Lead – Shape Our People Strategy

East Riding of Yorkshire Council is seeking a Policy and Reward Officer to support the People Strategy and enhance the strategic direction of the Council.

The role involves developing HR policies, promoting inclusive practices, and conducting meaningful engagements with trade unions. Ideal candidates will have experience in HR policy writing, summarising complex information, and interpreting legislation.
