Shrewsbury and Telford Hospital NHS Trust is seeking a Senior Heart Assessment Team Sister/Charge Nurse to manage heart failure and cardiac rehabilitation patients. This part time permanent position is based at The Royal Shrewsbury Hospital and may involve cross-site work.
The successful candidate will provide a comprehensive service within the team, ensuring patient-centred care, supporting clinical assessments, and leading rehabilitation efforts. Proven experience in Cardiology at Band 6 level or above is required.
