An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Principal Mechanical Engineer to join a forward-thinking consultancy in Bristol, with a strong focus on sustainable and low-carbon design.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take a lead role on projects from concept through to delivery, working across a diverse portfolio of new-build and refurbishment schemes. You’ll be instrumental in driving innovative, energy-efficient solutions while working closely with clients and multidisciplinary teams.
The Role
Lead mechanical design across a range of building services projects
Deliver projects from concept through to completion
Drive low-carbon and sustainable design solutions
Manage client relationships and contribute to project strategy
Mentor and support junior engineers
Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality delivery
About You
Degree qualified in Mechanical or Building Services Engineering
Strong consultancy background with experience leading projects
Proven experience across multiple RIBA stages
Passion for sustainable and low-carbon design
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Chartered or working towards (desirable)
