As our new Chief Medical Officer on our board, you will be central to this ambition. You will lead on patient safety, quality, and clinical integrity, championing a culture of learning, continuous improvement, and high professional standards. This is a visible and influential role both internally and within our wider system, requiring resilience, credibility, and the ability to quickly build trusted relationships within our board, colleagues, patients and partners.

We are seeking a strategic and compassionate medical leader who is experienced in working at, or close to board level, has exceptional communication skills, and shares our values as a role model for the DBTH way. Bringing a proven track record of driving improvement and innovation; you will engage and energise our clinical teams, fostering a culture where change is embraced, improvement is owned by our people, and clinicians are empowered to shape the future of our services to improve the health and wellbeing of our communities.
