About the role

This is a high-performance role, for a German speaking graduate within a global insights and advisory business, operating at the intersection of consulting, investment and market intelligence.

You’ll work in a fast-paced, client-facing environment, connecting senior decision-makers with industry experts to support critical business and investment decisions.

What you’ll be doing

  • Managing multiple client projects simultaneously, often under tight deadlines
  • Identifying and engaging relevant industry experts across global markets
  • Conducting high-volume outreach (primarily phone-based) to secure expert participation
  • Building strong relationships with both clients and experts
  • Managing end-to-end project delivery, including scheduling and coordination
  • Developing a strong understanding of industries, markets and regulatory environments

Key criteria

  • Fluent in German and English (C1/C2 level or equivalent)
  • Strong academic background (2:1 or above or international equivalent)
  • Confident communicator, comfortable engaging senior professionals via phone and video
  • Highly motivated and target-driven, with a strong work ethic
  • Resilient, with the ability to perform under pressure and manage multiple priorities
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Demonstrated evidence of drive and achievement (e.g. internships, extracurricular activities, leadership roles)
  • Commercially curious, with an interest in business, markets and global trends

Salary and benefits

  • £41,500 base salary + uncapped performance bonus (OTE £48,500 – £57,500)
