This is a brand new position, created as part of our client’s expansion, giving you the chance to define the systems strategy, influence major investment decisions, and build capability across a portfolio of plants.

Responsibilities
- Own and evolve the Group’s operational systems landscape, from PLC and SCADA environments to CMMS and asset lifecycle platforms.
- Ensure systems are robust, scalable, and fit for a high‑performing operation.
- Drive innovation, standardisation, and continuous improvement across all sites.
- Lead strategy and oversight for major system implementations.
- Strengthen data governance and play a key role in enabling business scalability.
- Collaborate closely with senior leadership, operations, engineering, and external partners.
Qualifications
- Strong experience in industrial/process environments, including PLCs and SCADA.
- Experience delivering systems across multiple sites.
- Leadership presence able to influence at every level.
