Overview
The successful candidate will be responsible for technical support, both pre and post sales. They will cover the test and measurement product portfolio across a number of application areas focusing on high speed digital design, power electronics and signal integrity. The candidate will be one of the main points of contact for internal and external customers, providing technical assistance and solutions, delivered via telephone, email and on-site visits.
Responsibilities
In pre-sales, the successful candidate will be able to identify and guide the customer to the correct solution through technical qualification, including delivery of focused presentations and demonstrations of the equipment.
Post sales responsibilities include timely provision of support to customers, for example, providing instrument familiarisation, with hands-on training or helping the customer to ensure that the purchased test solution is optimized for requirements.
