About The Company

Our client is an innovative AI company building technology to detect and counter disinformation attacks in real time. Combining machine learning, large-scale data systems, and deep expertise in security and intelligence, they help organizations identify and respond to emerging threats at scale.

Following strong market traction and recent funding, they are expanding their engineering team and looking for a Senior Machine Learning Engineer to help build and operate production-grade ML systems that directly impact customers.

What You’ll Do

• Design, build, deploy, and maintain machine learning systems in production environments
• Develop scalable ML pipelines for real-time and large-scale data processing
• Work across the full machine learning lifecycle, from data ingestion and model development to deployment, monitoring, and continuous improvement
• Build reliable systems that balance accuracy, latency, scalability, and cost
• Collaborate with engineers, machine learning specialists, and domain experts to shape product direction
• Contribute to ML infrastructure, automation, and platform reliability
• Improve monitoring, observability, and performance of deployed models

Requirements

• Proven experience building and operating machine learning systems in production
• Strong Python development skills
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases
• Hands-on experience with containerization technologies such as Docker
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and modern software delivery practices
• Familiarity with streaming and batch data processing frameworks
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and systems thinking
• Ability to take ownership from concept through deployment and maintenance

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with NLP, trust & safety, content analysis, or disinformation detection
• Experience working in high-growth startups or early-stage technology companies
• Familiarity with deep learning frameworks and modern ML tooling
• Background in cybersecurity, intelligence, or large-scale data systems
• Experience building high-throughput, real-time ML platforms
