Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure smooth office operations and workflow coordination
- Plan and execute events, conferences, and stakeholder engagements
- Manage communications and coordination with internal and external parties
- Handle scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation
- Maintain proper documentation and reporting systems
- Support project execution and agency initiatives
- Monitor timelines and ensure deliverables are achieved
- Recommend and implement process improvements
Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Communications, or related field
- Proven experience in administrative, operations, or event coordination roles
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools
