Our award-winning client, a leading name in contract packing, is seeking experienced Line Leaders to join their fast-paced production site in Featherstone. These temp-to-perm roles offer long-term career growth in a dynamic and expanding environment.
Shifts: 6am–2pmDays: Monday to Friday, with occasional weekends as required
Key Responsibilities:
Lead, coach, and motivate your production team to achieve performance targetsEnsure all finished goods meet client specifications (SPI)Drive production efficiency and meet hourly/daily output plansMonitor workflow using the internal management system (Visions)Maintain strict compliance with health, safety, quality, and hygiene standardsKeep accurate digital and paper recordsSupport internal and external hygiene auditsPromote GMP (Good Manufacturing Practice) and clean-as-you-go principlesProvide team feedback and liaise with agency controllersSet the standard as a role model for best practicesMonitor and reduce waste wherever possibleContribute to continuous improvement initiativesTake ownership of your development through training and hands-on experience
What We’re Looking For:
