Reporting RelationshipService ManagerJob RoleTo install and maintain FMH Conveyors range of products on Customer sites in accordance with customer’s needs and requirements.Essential Duties and ResponsibilitiesTravel to customer sites to install and maintain all FMH conveyors range of products.Travel to customer sites to maintain other products within the Duravant Group whenever necessary.Train customers on the use of equipmentTrain customer technicians on service and maintenance of the equipment.To carry out all jobs in a safe way, ensuring adherence to Safe Systems of Work and Risk AssessmentsTo complete detailed site work reports on pause or completion of works.Ensure compliance with all associated standards.Complete expenses reporting in accordance with the company procedures.Maintain a record of time worked, time for travel, etc.Strive to exhibit Duravant Core Values.Main RelationshipsField Service Manager.Deputy Field Service Manager.Field Service Engineers & Technicians.Sub-Contract Field Service Engineers & Technicians.Service Engineers from other Duravant companies.Field Service Administrator.Technical Director.Qualifications/Education and Person Specification (E- Essential / D- Desirable)Experience of working in a Field Service roleDExperience of mechanical and electrical maintenance and installationEAbility to travel both nationally and internationallyEExcellent communication skills and at all levelsEAdhere to the company appearance code as per the Employee HandbookEOpen to learning new skills and able to ask for helpEFull driving licenceEA good command of English both written and verbalEGood level of mechanical fitting skillsEGood level of electrical engineering skillsEBasic level of controls systems and PLC’sDBasic level of welding skillDApprenticeship in EngineeringDTraining in site safetyDForklift licenceDMEWP LicenceDAdditional InformationThe role can be physically demanding with heavy lifting, pulling, and pushing and being on your feet for a good proportion of the day.
