Lead Facilitator: Person-Centred Care Teams

ENABLE Scotland is seeking a TEAM FACILITATOR in East Ayrshire to lead a team of frontline staff in supporting individuals with learning disabilities. The role entails using person-centred practices to help individuals achieve their personal goals and become active community members.

You will facilitate staff ownership of support practices and manage service designs and risk assessments, requiring strong communication skills and the ability to work under pressure. A driving licence and experience with relevant support needs are essential.
