Foot Mobile Building Services Engineer

We are recruiting for a Foot Mobile Building Services Engineer to join a building services provider, covering multiple sites across Central London. This role focuses on the service, maintenance, and fault finding of both mechanical and electrical building services equipment, working across a range of environments.

The Role

• Carry out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and reactive works
• Fault finding on mechanical and electrical systems
• Service and maintain building services plant including:
  • AHUs
  • FCUs
  • Pumps
  • Water systems (including L8 duties)
• Complete all logbooks, reports, and required certifications
• Attend emergency callouts and see issues through to completion
• Ensure all work is carried out in line with Health & Safety regulations and risk assessments
• Liaise with clients and tenants to manage expectations and maintain service levels
• Support with inspections, audits, and reporting where required

What They’re Looking For

• Experience working within Building Services / Facilities Maintenance
• Strong knowledge of PPM schedules and reactive maintenance
• Experience working on mechanical and electrical plant
• Familiarity with:
  • AHUs / FCUs
  • Pumps
  • Water systems / L8
• Ability to work across multiple sites and manage workload effectively
• Relevant experience and technical knowledge within building services
