IT Support Officer – Full Time, Permanent Starting Salary £30,212 WTE, per annum, pro rata (Based on 37.5 hours per week) ( rising to £31,363 pro rata after 12 months satisfactory performance review) + Pension + Benefits We are looking for an enthusiastic and committed IT Support Officer to join our small, friendly Digital team. In this role, you will work closely with our Senior IT Support Officer to ensure our technology—from telephony and Microsoft 365 to clinical systems—runs smoothly. Your work will directly support our staff, allowing them to focus on providing high-quality, person-centered care. This is a hands-on position where you will be the first point of contact for technical support. Technical Troubleshooting: Resolving hardware, software, and telephony issues to maintain service continuity. User Management: Handling account and equipment setup for new starters and leavers. Project Support: Assisting with office moves, system upgrades, and the rollout of new digital infrastructure across the Hospice. Your technical skills will contribute to an environment that provides vital support to patients and families. Innovation: You will play a key part in delivering our Digital Strategy, helping us improve how we work through modern technology and data insights. You enjoy helping others and can communicate technical information clearly to staff with varying levels of digital confidence.
