CRM Manager

£50,000 – £60,000 + 10% Bonus

London | Hybrid (2 days in office)

The CRM Manager will take full ownership of the CRM function, transforming it into a key growth engine that drives repeat purchases and customer lifetime value.

Role Highlights

  • Own CRM strategy across email, SMS, and lifecycle marketing
  • Build and optimise automated flows to increase repeat purchase rate
  • Manage segmentation, customer journeys, and lifecycle communications
  • Lead A/B testing and experimentation to improve performance
  • Partner with the eCommerce and Growth teams to drive revenue impact

You Will Need

  • Proven CRM experience within D2C or eCommerce brands
  • Strong hands-on Klaviyo / Braze / Bloomreach experience.
  • Data-driven mindset with segmentation and lifecycle expertise
  • Experience building automated flows and retention strategies
  • Growth mindset with the ability to operate in a scaling business
