Field-based (within 1-hour radius Morecombe) Salary: £17 per hour (40 hours per week) Overtime: 1.5x Monday to Friday, flexible hours Overnight Stays: Typically up to 4 nights per week Weekend Work: Very rare (Paid at increased rates) Start Pay: Door-to-door (Paid from leaving home) We are looking for a hands-on Field Service Engineer who is used to working on the road and happy to stay away during the week. Carry out field-based service, maintenance and repair work at customer sites Isolate equipment safely before working (including electrical isolation where required) Install, service and maintain mechanical systems Complete basic service reports and paperwork Keep the company van stocked (parts collection once per week, worst case twice) Previous field-based engineering experience Strong mechanical background Flexible attitude and strong work ethic Basic electrical knowledge (12V, single-phase and three-phase) Experience safely isolating electrical systems Higher-skill engineering background (mechanical bias) 17 per hour (40 hours per week)~ Overtime~ Company van~ 30 overnight food allowance~ Very rare weekend work (paid at increased rates)~ Stable, long-term role with flexibility
