We are looking for a creative and critical thinker with a minimum of three years’ experience in the workplace or real estate industry to join our team. In this role you will be taking an active role in leading projects and working closely with clients and stakeholders at all levels, advising on the future of work and innovative workplace solutions encompassing space, people and technology.
This is an exciting opportunity for a hard-working individual to develop in an established and growing consultancy business. Experience with managing projects and developing direct relationships with clients is essential, and some experience with working in change management is an advantage.

Responsibilities
- Leading client engagements, meetings and workshops
- Advising on innovative workplace solutions encompassing space, people and technology
- Crafting and delivering impactful presentations
- Facilitating the development of client relationships
- Curating engaging blogs and articles for our website
- Analysing and synthesizing quantitative and qualitative data for deeper insights
- Pioneering innovative solutions for workplace and property projects
- Immerse yourself in diverse challenges, gaining new skills and exploring different subject areas
Requirements
- First degree at 2.1 or above from a leading university
- Masters Degree or postgrad qualification (preferred)
- 3+ years experience in industry
- Strong ability in MS Office
- The ability to use Adobe Creative Suite is an advantage (particularly InDesign/Illustrator)
- Experience in gathering and analysing qualitative and quantitative data

Benefits Include
- Salary package: £50k – 60K including bonus and depending on experience
- 32 days holiday per annum (incl. Bank Holidays) rising to 37 linked to length of service
