You’ll lead our Waitrose Grocery business while also developing our presence within Marks & Spencer.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Own full P&L responsibility, delivering against key financial targets
- Lead the development and delivery of Joint Business Plans (JBPs) and promotional strategies
- Drive supplier planning that unlocks growth through strong execution
- Lead internal and external performance reviews, identifying risks and opportunities
- Negotiate and deliver impactful promotional programmes and range plans
- Drive innovation and NPD success, using strong influencing and selling skills
- Deliver accurate forecasts in partnership with Supply Chain and Finance
- Collaborate with Marketing and Category to close distribution gaps and win new business
- Ensure pricing and promotional strategies are effectively executed
- Manage account planning, financial tracking and commercial performance
What we’re looking for
- Strong experience in customer account management within FMCG
- Proven ability to influence and negotiate at a senior level
- Strong commercial awareness and data‑led decision‑making
- Experience building winning relationships with customers and stakeholders
- Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills
- Confident communicator with the ability to lead and inspire
