We have a permanent opportunity for a skilled Mobile Service Engineer to cover scheduled maintenance, rapid breakdown response, and light installations.What You’ll Do* Conduct planned PPM visits on air-conditioning, refrigeration, and heat-pump systems* Respond to breakdowns and carry out timely repairs* Complete small-scale installations and site surveys* Assist with tender preparation (materials & labour estimates)* Participate in an on-call rota (including occasional out-of-town work)* Generate clear, professional daily job reports* Advise clients on site and mentor junior engineersIdeal Qualifications & Experience* City & Guilds 2079 F-GAS* City & Guilds Refrigeration, Air Conditioning & Heat Pumps* Proven field experience fault-finding, repairs & PPM on M&E systems* Strong knowledge of HVAC controls and basic electrical systems* Familiarity with Legionella L8 water testing and emergency-lighting checks* Computer literate with a clean driving licence* Comfortable working in occupied premises and engaging professionally with the publicDesirable Add-Ons* C&G Level 3 Electrical Installation, Commissioning & Inspection qualifications* #removed# IET Wiring Regulations (18th Edition)* Emergency lighting to BS 5266* CSCS, PASMA, IPAF or similar site-safety certifications
