We’re looking for a commercially savvy professional to support bid and mobilisation activities across the UK, playing a key role in supplier contracting, compliance, and performance during new business wins and mobilisation phases.

This is a high-impact role where you’ll act as the bridge between Supply Chain & Procurement, Legal, and operational teams—ensuring contractual governance, alignment, and best-in‑class supplier solutions for new bids and mobilisation projects.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Leading the implementation of robust, compliant supplier contracts for new bids and mobilisation projects
  • Managing the contract lifecycle, including drafting, negotiation, and implementation aligned to mobilisation timelines
  • Ensuring all supplier agreements include correct flow‑down clauses and meet compliance and assurance standards
  • Acting as the key link between Procurement, Legal, and operational teams to ensure smooth mobilisation delivery
  • Supporting operational teams to align scope of works with technical competence and client expectations
  • Driving contract management and risk mitigation during mobilisation, reducing commercial and operational exposure
  • Ensuring supplier governance is in place, including KPIs, SPIs, and reporting frameworks for mobilisation
  • Managing supplier relationships and representing Procurement across multiple bid and mobilisation workstreams

What we’re looking for:

  • 5+ years’ procurement or contract management experience, preferably in bid or mobilisation environments
  • Proven experience in contract writing, negotiation, and supplier management
  • Strong commercial acumen with a focus on risk mitigation and governance
  • Ability to work at pace and manage multiple priorities effectively during tight mobilisation timelines
  • Confident communicator, able to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels
  • Experience in complex, multi‑stakeholder mobilisation projects
  • CIPS, MBA, or degree‑level education (preferred)
  • Public sector or corporate bids experience (advantageous)

Why apply:

  • High visibility role reporting into the Head of Business Partnering (Procurement)
  • Opportunity to shape supplier strategy and contractual governance during critical new business wins
  • Work across multiple business functions with senior stakeholder exposure
  • Play a key role in delivering compliant, high‑performing mobilisation outcomes
  • Clear opportunity to make a tangible impact in a fast‑paced, evolving environment
