About the role

Responsible for leading the business transformation workstream within an assigned project plan, defining the approach and deliverables in line with the project aims. Deliverables are aligned with timeframes, cost, quality, scope, benefits and risk performance goals as defined by the Portfolio Team.

What you’ll be doing

  • Creation of business transformation plan and associated communication and engagement activities using creative engagement techniques.
  • Managing stakeholders within the project to achieve the deliverables of each project within the portfolio.
  • Ensuring tasks are delivered to the assigned timeframes, creatively handling conflicting priorities.
  • Managing change management tasks to completion, achieving desired outcomes within set timeframes and cost, with minimal business risk.
  • Driving successful outcomes with stakeholders, team members and project support.
  • Organising any assigned project support functions – able to multi‑task and reprioritise.
  • Applying change management approach and governance to stakeholder management, ensuring stakeholders are appropriately informed and consulted.
  • Designing and managing required workshops and all other change‑management activities.

About you

  • Proven experience of change management within a technology/organisation project environment.
  • Adaptable communication and influencing skills, empathetic and insightful.
  • Effective networker able to build relationships to aid stakeholder management at all levels.
  • Ability to create communication and training plans and experience in delivering those plans.
  • Strong task management skills.
  • Experience with system or ERP transition.
  • Using data analysis to deliver solutions, thinking creatively around issues.
  • Understanding of recognised change‑management theory and project techniques.
  • Knowledge of quality‑management principles and processes.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle and business process management.
  • Knowledge of value chain and process efficiency.
  • Strong team collaboration skills for delivery of tasks.
  • Design, delivery and training of new business processes.
