Responsibilities:Here’s what your journey with us entails:

  • Ensure daily Risk Proof records are completed accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Assist with Fire Life Safety and water life safety record keeping.
  • Work with the Engineering Manager to ensure all COSHH and Health & Safety records are current for audit purposes.
  • Assist in the property’s work management system to ensure allocation of jobs within the Engineering team. To monitor completion of all scheduled tasks.
  • Order necessary equipment, tools and uniform required by the on-property Engineering function to include processing of invoices.
  • Undertake administrative work to support ongoing and upcoming project works.
  • Oversee the department statutory training records to ensure monthly compliance.
  • Ensure all work practices adhere to company and statutory legislation with due diligence at all times.
  • Ensure all work is carried out to a consistently high standard.

Safety and Company Policies:

  • Follow all company and safety and security policies and procedures.
  • Report maintenance needs, accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to the manager.
  • Complete safety training and certifications.
  • Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional.
  • Maintain confidentiality of proprietary information.
  • Communicate with others using clear and professional language.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with others.
  • Support the team to reach common goals.
  • Listen and respond appropriately to the concerns of other employees.
  • Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Related Work Experience: At least 1 year of related work experience in a customer service role.
