Property Lawyer – Hertfordshire

Overview

Our client is a successful and niche property law firm, currently going through a period of growth. The senior partner seeks a legal professional ideally at 1 – 3 year PQE to join the firm where there will be support and training. This is a real opportunity for career growth as the firm continues to expand over the next 3 – 5 years.

Responsibilities

• Work in property matters, either transactional or litigious.
• Read and understand leases and title documents.
• Understand disputes in property; experience in disputes is advantageous but not essential.
• Be prepared to deputise on occasion and work in a smaller boutique legal firm.

Requirements / Qualifications

• 1 – 3 year PQE (preferred).
• Experience in property matters, either transactional or litigious.
