Job Title: Registered Manager
Location: Stockton-On-Tees
Salary: £55,000 per annum + £5,000 OTE Bonus
Working Hour: 40 hours per week
Service: Children’s Home
Service Users: YPs with EBD, Trauma, CSE, Neglect
Qualifications Required: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to work towards within 6 months)
Experience Required: 2+ years in residential childcare, including 1 year in a supervisory role
