Job Description:

We are looking for two enthusiastic and motivated Operational Services and Performance Managers to join the Community Care Group. One of these posts will be based at Ramsgate House with a requirement to work across the Salford and Trafford division, and the other will be based at Central Park with a requirement to work across Manchester Community Services.

The successful candidate will join the Care Group at an exciting time of change and development as we go through Community Transformation. You will be responsible for the leadership and operational management of the administrative services within your area, including CMHTs, Referral and Assessment Hubs, Psychology and Physical Health Hubs, Neighbourhood Teams and others.

Greater Manchester Mental Health (GMMH) Foundation Trust employs over 7,000 staff who deliver services from more than 122 locations across Greater Manchester.

Responsibilities

  • Establish effective systems and processes to support operational management and service continuity across the Division.
  • Collaborate with the Senior Leadership Team (SLT), offering advice, guidance and support on operational issues to both the team and the service.
  • Assist the Business Manager in evaluating performance data, preparing reports and formulating strategies to enhance service delivery.
  • Lead data and technology resource management by overseeing the effectiveness of software and hardware within the division, managing the replacement of IT systems and equipment, and ensuring that new IT equipment or software is properly introduced and thoroughly tested.
  • Take responsibility for the operational management and leadership of the full range of administrative services across the Division.
  • Assist the Business Manager in implementing local capital projects, developing business cases, managing estates and buildings, and supporting other initiatives.
