About the Role

The Uber for Business Team is looking for a senior mid‑market account executive to join our Ireland team. In this role, you will be responsible for a book of business across Ireland to prospect into, manage, own through the full sales cycle and ultimately acquire. You will work with a cross‑functional, high‑performing UK & Ireland team and play an essential role in building our Mid‑Market presence in Ireland.

What the Candidate Will Do

  1. Communicate the value of the Uber for Business product suite to prospects with a consultative and solution oriented approach
  2. Lead and coordinate end to end sales motion including qualification, education, presenting proposals, and contract negotiation to close deals
  3. Build strategic relationships to gain positioning with decision‑makers while driving growth of new business
  4. Continuously assessing customers’ evolving needs and aligning Uber for Business’s value proposition
  5. Provide opportunity status by regularly updating Salesforce and presenting in weekly forecasts

Basic Qualifications

  1. 4 years in full cycle B2B sales experience: prospecting, pitching and closing in the Mid‑Market or Enterprise space in Ireland or UK.
  2. Demonstrated success of consistently exceeding revenue targets and company goals
  3. Knowledge of how to build and execute on territory and account plans
  4. Experience learning a sales framework or methodology
  5. Strong presentation and verbal communication skills with a solution oriented approach to working with prospects and customers
  6. Candid, meticulous, adaptable, and dedicated team‑player who gets energy from building businesses
  7. This position will be covering the Irish market specifically, but will be based out of our London office.

Preferred Qualifications

  1. Bachelor’s Degree
  2. Experience in Anything‑as‑a‑Service (Tech Based), Tech that is consumption‑based, selling into multiple verticals
  3. Experience with tools such as Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Groove, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Tableau, Google Suite
  4. Strong prioritisation skills: able to manage time effectively, prioritising high‑value clients, while working with multiple customers to deliver on goals and improve processes.
