FAMILY SOLICITOR

Abacus is working with an established firm as they continue to expand their team. They seek a Family and Matrimonial Solicitor with a specialist focus in divorce law with experience managing HNWI clients at a national and international level.

This client-facing position is ideal for a seasoned and self-assured Family Solicitor with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE. It offers an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected team in the Family Law sector.

Responsibilities

• Manage a diverse caseload of private family law matters including financial provision, divorce, separation, contact agreements, child custody, financial settlements, and other related areas.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years’ PQE.
• Specialist focus in divorce law.
• Experience managing HNWI clients nationally and internationally.
• Client-facing experience.
• Advocacy experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
