Due to continued expansion, we’re looking to appoint an experienced BMS Commissioning Engineer to join our high performing team.

This role offers more than standard commissioning work – you’ll be joining a company that’s pushing beyond traditional BMS approaches, driving innovation, and building a forward thinking engineering team for the future.

Key Responsibilities

• Commission and validate BMS systems in line with specifications and design intent
• Carry out point to point checks, functional testing, and performance validation
• Diagnose and resolve faults across controls, networks, and plant systems
• Modify and develop BMS software and graphics
• Integrate third party systems via BACnet, Modbus, and M-Bus
• Support client demonstrations, witnessing, and project handovers
• Produce commissioning documentation, reports, and technical updates
• Conduct audits, surveys, and provide recommendations for optimisation
