Title: HR Administrator
Location: Leicestershire, England
Employment Type: Fulltime Permanent with AXISCADES
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Offer first line guidance on HR policies and basic employment legislation
Maintain and update employee records in the HR database
Process life cycle events such as starters, leavers and change of circumstances
Manage the HR team mailbox, answering queries or escalating where needed in a prompt manner
Work with managers and cross functional teams to coordinate new starter inductions and deliver the new starter HR induction
Support recruitment administration tasks such as coordinating interviews, sending offer letters, and tracking candidate progress
Prepare HR reports and assist with data analysis as required
Ensure compliance with data protection legislation and confidentiality in handling HR information
Undertake employee benefit administration
Support with HR projects and initiatives as required.
UKBA/UKVI (UK Boarder Agency – UK Visa & Immigration):
Working closely with Immigration team on ICT’s
Un-defined & defined skilled worker visas
Liaising with GSN when we want to apply for a defined skilled worker visa
Using the SMS portal
Issuing/requesting correct documentation
Drafting & assigning COS’s (certificate of sponsorship)
COS payments
Migrant worker reporting
Attending calls when needed
