The team plays a critical role in building and enriching a high-quality client pipeline, working closely with direct sales to support sustainable, long-term growth. By identifying scalable opportunities and unlocking new markets, the team accelerates business expansion while ensuring consistent, high-quality client engagement.
Agency Solutions Manager Responsibilities
- Collaborating with new Indie Agencies to define the success metrics of their clients.
- Creating campaign proposals according to vertical best practice.
- Educating the media planning team of Indie Agencies on the solutioning to ensure they can scale the methods to other clients in their portfolio.
- Driving the implementation of the campaign, monitoring performance data and optimizing the campaign performance during the campaign cold start phase.
- Contributing to regular webinars and events for advertising agencies to deepen their understanding of products.
- Accumulating insights on advertising operations, building best practices, and enhancing the adoption rate of key solutions to increase the value of TikTok for Business.
- Identifying growth opportunities for high-potential new Indie Agencies.
Minimum Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years working experience in digital marketing or related industries.
- Experience in advertisement sales, digital marketing, advertisement consulting or advertisement optimization.
- Experience in executing performance campaigns using digital advertising at an advertising agency or in the marketing department of a business company.
- High attention to detail and an ability to analyze data and identify insights to drive business performance.
- Growth mindset and passion to drive client’s business forward.
- Able to communicate the value and the potential of our products, such as TikTok and TikTok for Business.
Preferred Qualifications
- Demonstrates strong self‑motivation to continually stay updated with the latest trends and knowledge in marketing and advertising.
- Data analytical skills including routinely utilizing BI tools, including Tableau.
- Experience in bringing products to market (GTM) as a Product Marketing Manager at a media platform.
