Inspire is recruiting for a Programme Tutor to deliver the King’s Trust Team Programme, a dynamic 12‑week personal development course supporting young people aged 16–25 who are not in education, employment or training (NEET) in the West Suffolk area.
In this exciting and rewarding role, you will:
- Deliver inspiring, structured learning sessions that build confidence, resilience and employability skills.
- Lead community projects, team activities and a four‑day residential experience.
- Support young people to gain qualifications and progress into work, education or training.
- Work closely with partners, employers and referral agencies to recruit and retain participants.
- Create an inclusive, motivating environment where every young person feels supported to thrive.

A minimum Level 3 Award in Education or Training is required or a willingness to work towards this qualification whilst in post. A Driving Licence and enhanced DBS are also essential requirements of the role.
