The role involves raising purchase orders, processing invoices for payment and bank reconciliations. Duties include: Payment processing Matching, batching, coding invoices Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records Bank reconciliation Arranging weekly banking Data entry into data base Assisting with Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable queries Collaborate with team members to improve financial processes and systems.
