This opportunity is with an independent broker that has built real standing in the property space. They already handle sizeable clients, including accounts generating up to £1m GWP, and they have established schemes in place.

You would be joining a business with credibility, not trying to create a story from scratch.

They want a Real Estate Account Executive who can grow a book, win new clients and make the most of existing relationships, referrals and market connections. There is a healthy flow of leads and prospects coming through, but this is still a role for someone who can create opportunities for themselves.

  • A proven track record in business development
  • Strong real estate or property sector credibility
  • The ability to win, retain and grow commercial insurance clients
  • An existing book of clients to bring across, or a network strong enough to convert
